I have been searching forever for oars to go on the wall over my couch. I love the old rustic look they give. Here is what I am looking for if you happen to know where I can find some, please let me know:) Also, I finally bought my bedroom paint this weekend (Valspar Historic in Fioli Dark Iris)...now to get started. Tell me what you think!

Gorgeous color!! It's perfect! I'll keep my eyes peeled for oars.
Just saw a good bit for sale at the last Scott's Show. Try again next month ... I'm sure they'll be there again!
Also, that book ... Elisabeth Elliot always convicts me in ways I need to be, but ways that make me cringe. How MUCH I need a quiet heart right now. I just might have to add it to my list to read next. Thanks!
