We just got finished celebrating "Read Across America Week" at school. The kids loved it! We even had a little parade where the students and staff dressed up as one of their favorite characters. I was the cat from If you Give a Cat a Cupcake by Laura Joffe Numeroff. The kids giggled every time they saw me. One of my favorite kids bookstores is the Storybook Shoppe in Beaufort, SC. I am always looking for new and old books to teach guidance with at school, here are a few I used recently.

I hope as a graphic designer I'll get to dress up for work in costumes sometimes. Also, these books look darling. The Storybook Shoppe sounds magical!
